1. General Policy
All payments made to Samofis for Virtual Office, Private Office, Meeting Room, and Coworking services are strictly non-refundable once the service period has commenced or the agreement has been signed.
2. Virtual and Private Offices
Contracts for Virtual Office or Private Office are legally binding for the agreed duration. If you choose to terminate your agreement early, no pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time or quotas.
3. Meeting Rooms and Coworking
- Cancellations: Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will be refunded as Samofis Service Credit to your account. No cash refunds will be provided.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are completely non-refundable and will not be credited.
